Refund policy
We get it — sometimes the soccer gods smile on you, and sometimes they nutmeg you. If you need to return something, here’s the official playbook.

30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
If 30 days have passed… well, not even VAR can overturn it. After that, we sadly can’t offer refunds or exchanges.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, your item must be:

Unused
-
In the same condition you received it
-
In its original packaging (yes, even the tiny plastic bits)
If it looks like it played a full 90 minutes in muddy extra time, we can’t take it back.
Non-Returnable Items (The No-No List)
Some items simply can’t return to the pitch:

Gift cards
-
Downloadable items
-
Intimate or sanitary goods
-
Certain personal care items
-
Perishable goods (flowers, food, newspapers — we don’t sell them, but we’re legally required to mention them)

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
Proof of Purchase
A receipt, order number, or proof of purchase is required.
If your dog ate it, please provide something that shows the item came from us.
Don’t Send Items Back to the Manufacturer
They won’t know what to do with it — and it will eventually boomerang back to you.
Always return items directly to SportGearPlus.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
We may issue partial refunds for:

Books with obvious use
-
Opened CDs/DVDs/games (yes, they still exist)
-
Items not in original condition
-
Items damaged or missing parts not caused by us

Any item returned after 30 days
We’re fair — just not magical.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email update.
If approved, we’ll issue a refund back to your original payment method.
Processing times vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Sale Items
Sale items are final sale.
No refunds, no do-overs, no VAR challenges.
Regular-priced items only are eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged.

Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped to you:

You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return

Once processed, we’ll issue a digital or physical gift certificate
If the gift was shipped to the giver first, the refund will go back to them — and yes, they’ll know you returned it.
