At SportGearPlus, we believe fast, reliable shipping should be part of the experience — whether you're collecting Minix, repping your club with Fan Ink, or grabbing fresh boots. Here’s how we get your gear from us to your doorstep without any unnecessary chaos.

 

EU Delivery Timeframes Orders shipped to the European Union are delivered within 30 days of the order date unless otherwise agreed. Estimated transit times by region: Western EU (France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, etc.): 7–14 business days; Southern EU (Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece, etc.): 8–16 business days; Nordic EU (Denmark, Finland, Sweden): 8–14 business days; Eastern EU (Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, etc.): 10–18 business days. If we are unable to deliver within 30 days, you will be notified and may cancel your order for a full refund.


📦 ORDER PROCESSING & SAME-DAY SHIPPING

We move faster than a winger on a counterattack.

  • All orders placed before 12:00 PM EST ship the same day.

  • Orders placed after noon ship the next business day.

  • Weekends and U.S. holidays don’t count as processing days (we love soccer, but we also like a day off).

If something delays your order, we’ll reach out — quickly.

All U.S. orders totaling $50 or more ship free.
No codes, no hoops to jump through — it’s automatic.

How Free Shipping Works

Free shipping uses the cheapest available USPS or UPS service.
This keeps costs down while still getting your gear to you reliably.

Need It Faster?

No problem — simply select a paid expedited shipping option at checkout.
Customers pay for all upgraded shipping service levels.


🌍 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We proudly ship worldwide — but international carriers don’t work for free.

All international customers pay for shipping, with available carrier choices at checkout:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • DHL (the fastest & usually most reliable internationally)

Rates are calculated automatically based on destination, weight, and carrier pricing.

Note: Customs fees, import taxes, and country-specific charges are the customer’s responsibility. We don’t control these, and we definitely don’t get a cut (sadly).


🚚 TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All shipments — domestic or international — include tracking.
Once your package is scanned by the carrier, you’ll receive tracking via email.


📬 DELIVERY TIMELINES

Delivery speeds depend on:

  • Carrier selected

  • Your location

  • Weather (looking at you, Midwest snowstorms)

  • Holidays (carriers move slower than a parked bus)

We provide estimated timelines at checkout, but carriers ultimately control transit speed.


📦 LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once a package is marked “Delivered,” carriers consider it complete.
If your order goes missing, is stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us at sales@sportgearplus.com and we’ll help guide you through the next steps.

We’ll do everything reasonably possible to assist — but we must follow carrier rules and processes.

Entered the wrong address? Happens to the best of us.

Email sales@sportgearplus.com immediately.
If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll fix it.
If it has shipped… we’ll work with the carrier, but no promises — they can be stubborn.
